While these projects were rooted in marketing, they also required data analysis, project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic thinking to understand audience behavior and improve campaign performance.

Increase subscriber engagement by identifying which content categories and formats actually earn attention, versus getting skimmed or ignored.
Designed and distributed each send in Beehiiv, then tracked open rate and click-through by content block. Used subscriber replies as qualitative feedback alongside the quantitative data to guide content decisions.
A small set of content types consistently outperformed the rest, and reply patterns pointed to why: readers wanted specific, personal touches (a named mentor, a real student story) over general industry news.

Improving Organic Visibility Through SEO Strategy

Content & Keyword Strategy
Podcast-to-article translation on gaining marketing experience without a formal job title.
Grow organic traffic by publishing content aligned to what early-career marketers were actually searching for, and closing the gap where existing content fell short.
Used Semrush to identify relevant, underserved keywords around the topic. Translated a long-form podcast conversation into a structured article organized around those search terms rather than the episode's own structure.
The clearest gap wasn't a lack of advice; it was a lack of permission. The audience wanted confirmation that self-directed, unpaid experience "counted," more than another list of tips.
Published and optimized article increased organic traffic and search visibility for the brand, and became a reusable content template for future campaigns.
Developing an Integrated Cross-Brand Marketing Campaign
Team mock campaign, Summer Fridays x BÉIS, presented live to 500+ attendees across Zoom breakout rooms.
Cross-Brand Campaign & Event Promotion
Includes segmentation and paid testing work from a companion Instagram campaign and TikTok influencer outreach.
Develop a credible co-branded campaign between two DTC beauty brands with distinct audiences, and identify which channels and messages would actually drive that audience to act.
Collaborated with a team on audience positioning and creative strategy, then built and presented the campaign live. In a related project, tested Instagram ad creative and audience segments to promote a separate virtual event, and coordinated TikTok influencer outreach through HubSpot to build brand awareness and drive registrations.
The best-performing segment and creative combination wasn't the most polished one; it was the one that felt native to the platform, pointing to audience trust in format over production value.
